Branding, print, website
Barr Gazetas are an established London architectural practice, whose 20 year old visual identity needed a bit of a lift. Phage were brought in to consult on the update, leading to a complete refreshing of the company logo and corporate colour palette, the design of new presentation materials and in-house guidelines, and a new, fully responsive website that better showcased their portfolio of work.
With such an understated identity, the attention to detail had to be 100% spot-on. The new business cards demonstrate that perfectly; foil-blocked in the company’s brand blue, with a sheet of blue board triplexed between two white sheets to give just a flash of matching colour along the edge.
The update reinvigorated the company brand, consolidating aspects of the existing identity into a more contemporary, consistent, and confident company image, while the new website enabled the organisation of projects in a way that illustrated cross-over between areas of expertise, and provided easier filtering of projects by potential clients.
